Labels:text | screenshot | font | document OCR: FILLET EEL WITH BAMBOO SHOOTS Ingredients: 1 lb eel, 3 oz bamboo shoots, 2 stalks scallions, 2 slices ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 stalk parsley, 1 red chili. Seasoning Mix: 34 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, 11/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavored Sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp salt, 6 oz water, a dash of Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil. Procedure: 1. Clean eel by removing gut and head. Boil in hot water, then fillet. 2. Slice bamboo shoots. Section scallions, chop garlic. 3. Heat 3 tbsp of oil; add garlic, ginger and fish fillets. Stir-fry for a few minutes. Sprinkle with cooking wine. Add bamboo shoots. 4. Add seasoning mix, scallions, and corn starch solution to thicken. Garnish with parsley and red chili. Serves 4
